He was a valuable sounding board throughout the process even with topics relating to our solicitor and the estate agents. Once our mortgage product had been selected, we worked with Michelle, who was always responsive and helpful whenever we needed assistance to ensure all the paperwork was completed on time. The only area for improvement would be the mortgage portal, which at times felt a little clunky, particularly when uploading documents. However, this was a minor issue and did not detract from an otherwise excellent service. We would happily recommend Curchods Mortgage Services.”
