Description
We are looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager to join our marketing department. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering the marketing campaigns and activity across the Curchods and Burns & Webber network. The role is based in our Head Office in West Horsley, 4 miles east of Guildford.
Main duties and responsibilities include:
- Assist in the planning, creation, design and deployment of marketing campaigns
- Assist in production of marketing material
- Copywriting and proofreading all marketing material created by the department, including magazines, advertising, articles, press releases, etc
- Planning, creation, distribution and organisation of PR material across the company
- Social media management across a variety of channels, including planning, content research, creation and scheduling
- Producing and distributing newsletters and email marketing campaigns
- Planning and deploying content updates on the company websites and intranet
- Creation of artwork for printed marketing materials including flyers / brochures / business cards / posters / magazines / advertising etc
- Coordinate and organise advertising content and editorial for papers / magazines
- Event management, including managing event sponsorship
- Producing reports measuring the success of marketing campaigns and activity
- Develop, manage and optimise online and social media advertising campaigns
- Manage the ordering of marketing material
- To help improve the overall professional image and appeal of the company to the general public and internally to staff
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience implementing successful marketing campaigns
- Accuracy and great attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work on several projects at once, consistently meeting deadlines
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, inc InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
Experience or knowledge of estate agency and the property market is desirable but not essential.
