Our staff will be resuming work in line with all Government guidelines including:
- Keeping a 2m distance from their colleagues and customers.
- Check our clients, buyers and tenants are not self isolating or displaying any symptoms of Covid-19 and have not received a positive diagnosis before arranging any physical viewings.
- All staff will be equipped with the appropriate PPE and hand sanitisers for use on appointments.
- Burns & Webber have employed the latest immersive technology to ensure we have accompanied buyers/tenants on a virtual viewing before any physical viewings take place.
- Sellers and tenants will be asked to temporarily vacate the property during a physical viewing and open all windows and doors for good ventilation where possible.
- Those entering clients properties will be advised as to precautionary Health & Safety steps to be taken.
