“The Curchods Guildford lettings team have been great. Lucy showed us a couple of rentals and was always on-time, knowledgeable about the properties and landlords, and very professional. Joseph then looked after all the important stuff - negotiating the price, coordinating KYC and paperwork, and was on hand that first week ironing out small move-in wrinkles which are inevitable when moving house. If it wasn’t for Joseph, being such a star, I know the whole process would have been more stressful and difficult. Now that I am in the property I have then been introduced to Tammy in property management, who has similarly been great as she’s quick to reply to emails and gets issues resolved asap.
